JoannaG is a e-retailer of Sextoys and Women's Lingerie that utilises advanced selling techniques and Daily deals to sell and promote their Sex toys. While
they had a web presence, they were not able to sell effectively online. The final
factor which pushed JoannaG to move to a bespoke ecommerce solution was to elliminate the double handling, and ineffective business processes caused by their previous eCommerce templated system.
Many web development companies were invited to submit proposals and Eazyshop were ultimately selected to create a bespoke online shop forJoannaG . However the brief also included email marketing, blogging engines, daily deal engines, and all of the marketing creatives needed to achieve a mature, professional Sex shop for JoannaG.
From
the customers point of view they can filter products from the top level starting at Womens and Mens Sex Toys. Further filters allow customers to purchase from dual product information pages namely the daily engine or the non daily deal engine.
The
system also recognizes and rewards users by offering reward points, and upselling of products in exchange for Gift cards. If they log on it will store all of their information including their credit card details which are stored as secure tokens. This makes it very easy to complete repeat purchases.

This was achieved by using a number of tools including strategically placed modal windows, Jquery shopping cart modals, Jquery upsell functions, and a high impact but very simple design.
The
website administrator is able to add, delete and edit pages, members in
the database, products, blogs, images, polls and edit and send email
newsletters.
